who are we

About Us

Mission: To expand opportunity for aspiring scientists, engineers, and health professionals—especially those navigating barriers such as limited income, first generation status, or LGBTQ+ identity—by remixing mentorship, microgrants, and community care into one supportive network.

Vision

To create a world where talent, curiosity, and compassion—not privilege—determine who gets to build, heal, and innovate. We envision a diverse, connected pipeline of STEM and health leaders who lift as they climb.
